Clean, modern, and spacious unit. Relatively near to shin koenji station (10min walk for us), the neighborhood got pretty chill and peaceful vibe which we love so much. Plenty of practical amenities (microwave, ironing, washing machine, utensils). Definitely well worth the price!

It was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was great as well! The location is excellent as it's close to a subway station that connects to others. And it has a convenience store right besides the lobby which is amazing. I would totally stay here again.
