We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

In the heart of the Minato-Mirai area, just a minute's walk from Minato-Mirai Station, The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu offers spacious rooms with a balcony, spectacular views of Minato-Mirai and free... The view outside of the room is very nice. The location is at the shopping mall and is very convenient. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

A 5-minute walk from JR Yokohama Train Station, Hotel The Knot Yokohama offers rooms with free WiFi. Minato Mirai Subway Station and Yokohama Museum of Art are a 15-minute train ride away. Pros: - There were 4 large single beds for all 4 of us. They were super comfy, smelled good and we recovered really nicely after a long ride; - The bathroom was bigger than your typical japanese bathroom; - The room was stylish, with all the needed amenities and lots of windows; - All of the instructions were easy to follow, and they even kept our luggages for a few hours past our check-out time, so we could walk around the city before going to the next one; - Staff was professional and very courteous; - The location was AMAZING. Just 500-600 meters away from Yokohama station, within downtown where all the day and nightlife is. Cons: - There were none. Conclusion: It's definitely a hotel i'd love to go back to on my next trip to Yokohama.

Overlooking Yokohama Bay, the Intercontinental boasts a 31st-floor Chinese restaurant and a spa with massages. Rooms have free WiFi and city or bay views. Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is one of those places that I thought I’d never go simply because it looks to good to be true. Once I booked, I was very excited to stay really close to the Park, the Minatomirai Station and just enjoy Yokohama with an amazing view from my hotel window. It was amazing. The room was perfectly cleaned, staff was helpful with everything that we needed and, again, the location is simply incredible. Everything is around you. The price isn’t inflated, in my opinion. I’ve seen hotels charge a lot more and offer a lot less.
