It is near many great restaurants such as Rosetta and Contramar. My husband and I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and sweet bread as well as cold drinks. The Mexican candy bar was a nice treat. Most of all we appreciated the staff and the unexpected gifts. Wow! What a nice surprise!! The room was on the smaller size but the bathroom made up for it. What a wonderful surprise to have such a big bathroom!!!

The building is new and very well-finished. Everything we needed was either in the room or available at the front desk. The location was really great and had tons of restaurants and stores nearby, even one of the fancier shopping malls a block away. Customer service was impeccable and communication was always very easy - the front desk was staffed 24/7 and I was able to WhatsApp them with anything else I needed. The room itself was spacious, had AC, a well-equipped kitchenette, and very comfortable beds. Blackout curtains and double pane doors made the room quiet and dark in the mornings. We absolutely loved our stay and when we're back in CDMX, we'll be staying here again.

The hotel is very new; everything is in great shape and very clean. Breakfast was generous: fresh, juicy fruit with yogurt and granola, eggs and toast, and coffee. Service was prompt and friendly. In the summer heat it was a blessing to have AC in the bedroom - it's a bit noisier in the smaller rooms (1-2) and much quieter in room 4. It was a delightful stay. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay. In the morning I received a message wishing a good day and offering continental breakfast. The staff was very attentive to all my requests, and the instructions since I made my reservation were quite clear. I definitely recommend this space to anyone who wants to stay in a unique place, with an exceptional location, with boutiques shops, art exhibition in an old mansion with a modern decoration that creates the perfect balance.

Maison du Comte was like a home away from home. Guy, Elena and Guillermo were so kind and friendly and ensured we had the most comfortable stay. Our room was gorgeous and peaceful and we had a good night’s sleep in the big comfy bed. We must also thank Elena for the sumptuous and delicious Breakfast!

Stephani helped us arrange dinner reservations and activities in the city. The hotel was very clean, sleek, and modern. We loved the daily morning lattes/breakfast from Rosetta bakery. The honor bar and 24hr coffee bar were great touches to the hotel.

I loved the room too.
