The hotel smelled clean like lemons , the breakfast was delicious, it had different options and the rooms were spacious. The staff were kind and friendly.

Big and clean room, beautifully furnished, comfortable king sized bed and everything else someone could ask for in a hotel. Breakfast was complete with sweet and savoury items. Would go back again!

I had booked a room online for a discounted rate. when I arrived, Sonesta's computer was being updated and the clerk was not able to book me in at that moment. She was nice enough to find me a room and, as she stated, the update can take several hours. So she took my info and made a copy and we both agreed that she'll call me when it's time to run the transaction., regardless of the hour. I never heard the phone ring, however, at 8am I checked messages. She had left a message that she had run my account, but it was $20+ more than what I had originally booked the room for. So I spoke to the clerk on duty, and, she stated that I came in too early and then don't do early check in so I was charged normal fees. I explained to her the system was being updated and if it weren't, then I could've made a decision whether to stay and be charged full fee or come back at normalcheck in. She didn't care and charged me anyways.
