Lots of Japanese style food to choose, good buffet breakfast. Location is good, walking distance to town Center. A good seventy feeling of this hotel, very good for value. Onsen in this hotel is much better then most advertised in town.

Everything!! Superbbbb services from all staffs🙌, great facilities, yummy breakfast in Japanese style. The room is clean and big, also has a very big screen TV with Nintendo famicom!! The owner was very nice and helpful, he speaks English very well, he showed us all facilities in the ryokan, so so impressed with his service. The ryokan also has a shuttle service to the bus station. I would give 100 score out of 10 to this ryokan.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the town center. Landlady is very friendly and live next door. The house is very Japanese style and that is what we are looking for. It has a parking but unfortunetaly we couldnot hire a car due to licence issue. Rooms are cold in winter as there are only portable heaters and need to turn off during sleep. Guess that is what we need to deal with in order to trade off for an Japanese tranditional house.

Very nice Onsen bath, hot bath water is the best I ever expeience in Japan and even better than paid Onsen at town center. Dinner and breakfast are very nice japanese style. Also there are many activity to enjoy in the hotel. Overall great experience.

A spacious house by Japanese standards. Modern Japanese style with four beds and two lounges. Main bedroom can be partitioned. Kitchen is large and has everything you need + a table. Living/dining has a larger table. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Easy contact with lovely owner. The house is warm and inviting. 8 minute walk to Yubatake and the centre of town.

The inn was charming, comfortable and welcoming. We loved the old style touches. My first time in a tatami room, sleeping Japanese style and I slept as well as in my own bed at home. Although the room had a shared bathroom it was very close to the room.

A completely typical Japanese chain hotel experience. Clean efficient and adequate comfort. Well located with many restaurants, shops and station close by. Short walk to castle site and galleries.

Such a beautiful hidden gem at kusatsu onsen town! Super close to everything & even though there is a road out the front it is really quiet. The host/owner, Hiromi- we loved Hiromi! He is so friendly & accommodating, free beverages is a great touch, unit was very clean & beautiful japanese interior with 3 bedrooms, one with futons on the floor japanese style, and a large double bed in the open studio area. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend this to anyone going to kusatsu

The house was really nice Japanese style, really clean and tidy. There is a small kitchen and outdoor sitting area too. The host was lovely and friendly and spoke some english too which was great! Its close to anywhere in the town even the hot spring park is close. The beds were super comfy and i enjoyed it so much i stayed another night here. Thank you :)
