What a great place. In real life it is even better than the photos. It is small but a very good layout, has everything you need with a great service from the host. The living room is small and cosy and has a lovely view. The hosts really put effort into making sure the place has everything including all the touristic information you could need. Everything was great, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Guadalajara.

Alicia, the host is phenomenal. She will greet you on your arrival. The apartment location makes it a gem. Hardly 56 minutes walk to Placio de Infantado, we went there almost every day at night and enjoyed ice cream. The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of towels and bed sheets, cleaning and washing supplies, toilet papers, cooking essentials, some tea and coffee. The tv has a moveable wall mount, my husband loved that. I loved How bright and airy the apartment is. It has 2 restrooms, a small powder room downstairs, and a complete washroom upstairs. Full-length mirrors :) Enough cupboards to tuck away luggage. The check-out process was smooth. I totally recommend it.

Alicia was an excellent host! She welcomed us upon check in and was very friendly and helpful! The apartment was perfect for our 6 nights stay in Guadalajara it was very comfortable with everything that you need for a good stay and in a very good location! Many thanks Alicia for everything!

The room was ideal, it was on the top floor (2) and despite being opposite the lift, and reasonably near to a main road, it was very quiet. The beds were lovely and comfortable, and surprisingly (for me) the pillows were comfortable too. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Literally just around the corner from the hotel (a minute's walk away) was a lovely restaurant, very busy and full of locals (always a good sign). We didn't stop for food, but the food did look amazing, plus we got a tapa of mini empanadas with our drink. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, plenty of choice to fill us up.

Great value for money. Ground floor room was very nice and overlooked the patio. Surprisingly good accommodation for the price. Easy to park on the road outside. Small fridge in the room was very useful. Mercadona 2 mins away.
