It was very nice stay for our family. We got big room plenty of space to relax. The room was tidy and clean. They do provide small kitchen where you can do some little cook. The place is not far from the old town. You can walk to there along with the shopping area. Also there's a green tram line right to the place where we can take it to the city of arts and sciences easily. Definitely recommend.

I need to tell the rest of the world what a peaceful haven this fabulous place is. Everything in the lovely apartments is spotlessly clean and of the highest quality - from the well equipped kitchen and bathroom; from the large comfortable bed furnished with the best quality cotton bedding to the sweet little patio. Yes, there are TVs and wi-fi and Netflix and Spotify and everything you need to feel like at home. You can easily forget about the outside world while you are there. In terms of value for money this place is hard to beat. Come here if you want a relaxation, being cared for and re-charging your batteries is what you are after - there is no better place in the world! And host Edgar! Wow! he is so patient and helpful! Besides he really does a fantastic job maintaining the property and ensuring a quality standard of living is maintained for the residents.

The accommodation was large, well equipped, close to the metro station. You are quickly in the center or on the beach. Nacho is very helpful owner. There is a paid parking space across the street.
