The property was very well equipped and clean. We were late arriving but the host was exceptionally accommodating, meeting us there and even providing complimentary snacks and drinks. It is a quiet building with only two units per floor. Parking is right outside the front door. San Salvo has a great waterfront boardwalk but you need to drive there from here (through an industrial area). There is a great meat/grill family style restaurant a walk away.

The apartment is located in quite residential area, is completely new, very spacious and comfortable. Ilaria and her husband are very nice and kind couple that were taking care about our comfort. The breakfast was Italian style with various options of sweet pastries, juices, fruits etc.

Luigi was on site when we arrived. Our room was extremely clean, well furnished, spacious and included an outdoor balcony. The B&B was within walking distance to the beach as well as several restaurants. I can't say enough about how Luigi made us feel at home and always wanted to help with anything!

Modern, clean, comfortable, great location, dogs are welcome to the property, free parking space, kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioning, spacious bathroom, right next to a place for breakfast and seafood and amazing friendly hosts who helped with everything we needed! 11/10

The apartment was very clean, and had all the facilities you need. It was very spacious, perfectly located for restaurants and shops, it’s very close to the beautiful San Salvo Marina, checking in was super easy. I highly recommend it.
