We spent 5 nights there and among the busy schedule of tours and sightseeing around Atacama it was a great calm refuge to relax and feel at home.

The private patio was superb - a real treat to enjoy in the afternoon and evening. Overlooking a nice open space and could enjoy the sunrise. What a way to start the day! The cabin was spacious with large living area - 2 bedroom with bath. Owner was very proud of his hotel and interested in our day trips. Small hotel with a variety of rooms. It is outside of town so very quiet and peaceful.

Atacama Checar, Hostal ligger i San Pedro de Atacama, 10 km fra Piedra del Coyote, 31 km fra Termas de Puritama og 2,9 km fra San Pedro-kirken. Very happy with my stay at the Atacama Checar Hostel. The location was very quiet and safe with a wonderful view on the volcanoes/stars (especially from their roof top lounge area). Especially the staff / host were very helpful and gave me a lot of insights regarding places to visit and at which time. They were also a great help with booking bus tickets to Calama / Antofagasta for me which was not possible as a foreigner with European debit / credit cards. The laundry service provided at the hostel was also very convenient and a major plus.

Amazing place, clean, comfortable and perfect location. A peaceful place away from the crowd and with an astonishing view on the desert and volcanoes. The tenants are the nicest people we met in Chile, adorable and very helpful regarding travel options and attractions. If there are some available Cabaña, run for it you won’t regret 😀

Casa Voyage Hostel ligger i San Pedro de Atacama, tæt på San Pedro-kirken og 7,9 km fra Piedra del Coyote. Der er terrasse med udsigt over den indre gårdhave, udendørs swimmingpool og have. A lovely setup with lots of friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. A great place to meet people if you are solo travelling as the common areas are very cosy and there are usually organised activities or shared meals each evening. I will never forget my stay here, the owner has done an excellent job in building this place. Oh, and I almost forgot the most gentle and sweet dog living there, called Pale. Would 100% recommend!

The rooms, the nature, most importantly, hosts including the dogs and donkey ;) Amazing guidelines on where to go for site seeing, hiking, food, etc and what to avoid Jose is such a great manager and crystal honest! For you to have an idea, I left my IPad in the room and he was organizing the delivery for me 🙈🙈

Just a 20 minute walk from the town centre, Planeta Atacama Lodge offers accommodation in the desert of San Pedro de Atacama. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Franklin and his wife Carla run an amazing B&B, a little outside the city which makes it a very good spot for star gazing. Since we came by ourselves with a rented car, Franklin gave us very good tips of where to go, suggesting routes, helping us with purchasing tickets for the places we wanted to go and giving us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is generous and personalized and even when we needed to leave very early one day, they made an effort to leave a snack for us to go.

Nayara Alto Atacama ligger i en rolig dal ved siden af Pucará de Quitor og tilbyder all inclusive-indkvartering i San Pedro de Atacama. Der er gratis wi-fi på fællesområderne. Amazing property located a bit out of San Pedro, which allows a great view of the night sky. Service was outstanding. All the staff went above and beyond to help, and I’d like to give a thanks to Francia, Tamara, Diego and Ricardo for taking the time to make the stay even better. The room was comfortable with high quality amenities.
