The owners and staff were very friendly and went that little bit further to make sure i had the best stay possible. with simple things like carrying my suitcase up and down the stairs, giving me recommendations, and stopping for a chat. I loved seeing his passion for fly fishing. The hotel was clean and modern.

The room was very spacious and everything was clean and modern. The hotel had everything you need on a snow trip including free washing machines, and had shuttles buses to/from the chairlift and Furano station which was handy for our transfer back to Sapporo. It was our favourite stay out of all the accommodation we stayed in throughout Japan this holiday. Breakfast included was pretty good too, and had variety.

Very good location for ski in and out ! Room was excellent , very clean ,comfortable ,luxurious Breakfast : many kind of food , so delicious Onsen 's very good too

Inaugurado em dezembro de 2014, o Ki Niseko está idealmente localizado a menos de 100 m do teleférico de alta velocidade do Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu (resort de esqui). Everything! Front desk personnels are all very friendly and customer oriented. They are very warmth in welcoming us and attended to us kindly. The lady front desk from Malaysia was very kind to us and we appreciate all their assistance during our stay.

Boasting open-air hot spring baths and ocean views, Wakamatsu Hot Spring Resort is a 15-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station. Free parking is available on site. All the staff are very kind. The Japanese style house is unique and its worth a experience. They have private and common onsen (with beach view outside) We had a great time and would highly recommend this place

The hotel was next to the ice festival and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice. Also the onsen was great. I would recommend!
