Great place with very nice antic setting. Very clean and perfectly tidy area. Checking very smooth and staff very welcoming Breakfast experience with El-Hadja BADIAA was really exceptional and we where very impressed with her Generosity and with all the information that she gave regarding the property and the location and the plenty of advises that she offered related to the Touristic information in the Old Souq and in the region.

It's in a very tranquil neighbourhood, just two steps away from the beach. We had no issues during our stay. Would recommend for solo or couple travellers!

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

The flat is beautiful and clean with amazing views. Top tips: Do enjoy the hammock and a beer by the beach; Watch out for the sun rise, the views are straight from the balcony and one of the most beautiful I’ve seen so far.

The apartment is amazing! Well decorated, balcony with greate view, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, close to the beach. The mom of the owner did the check-in and check-out. She speaks no english but no problem at all and she was very sweet and showed us the apartment. We visited in winter time so no pool or anything open, but the apartment is great and well worth the money! 🙂👌
