The property has lovely views and attractive, spacious rooms. Our unit had a nice outdoor patio and kitchen. The location is close to Terni, Marmore Falls, and many good restaurants. It is also not too far from hilltop cities like Narni, Orvieto, and Assissi. The olive oil is flavorful and makes a nice souvenir.

The hostess was lovely and very helpful. We asked if she knew any place to buy local olive oil and she made some calls and had it delivered from a farm nearby the next day! The garden was peaceful and the rooms nice and cool.
