Starting from the friendliness of the staff, to the great posh set up of the lobby, the well maintained rooms and impeccable views that the room offers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Putian and the breakfast selection was a huge plus for us too! A great plus that it is overlooking an historical bridge from the Song Dynasty.

The hotel is the best! I had to check in late in the midnight due to the delay of my flight, so I called the hotel and they were able to keep the booking for me. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The view from the window is wonderful! The staff are nice and helpful. I had a wonderful stay, will truly recommend it.
