Specifically, Devan at the front desk helped us out a lot.

Our loft suite on the second floor was beautifully furnished and decorated . So comfortable - almost made leaving it a chore . Having the second half bathroom a huge asset . The Langham club on the eighth floor was again , so comfortable and welcoming with the help of the excellent staff . Sad to check out at the end of our stay . Anxious to return .
