I was really happy with the staff; they took great care of me, making sure I had enough to eat and helped me quickly whenever I asked. The hotel has a handy place to store skis, lots of parking, big rooms, and a good variety of breakfast foods. Although breakfast started to get a bit monotonous after five days, I still liked it.

Location was great. It was a 10 minute walk to the Finkenberg lift. Or, if you're feeling lazy, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which then takes you the one stop further up to the same lift. Breakfast was a basic conttnental but more than enough to fuel everyone for the day. The lady who ran the hotel (Maria?) was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home form the moment we arrived. The hotel was overall excellent value for money and was even better than we expected.
