Absolutely amazing place, it surpassed all our expectations in terms of location. We stopped here for rest on our route to Croatia and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Among nature, quiet and beautiful, it was like nothing we have ever stayed in. At night we did not hear a single car or other human-produced sound, just nature. In the morning we woke up to the sight of deer grazing under our window, after a refreshing sleep.

The coffee selections allowed for some artistic exploration and experimenting, and I found a combination that worked perfectly for my North American tastes. The staff at Gasthof Lend-Platzl might be the friendliest and most helpful hosts ever. I was so touched by the effort the staff made to provide vegan food. They even gave me my own vegan buffet at breakfast. The hotel is exceptionally clean and cosy, and just a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. People were extremly helpful, the food was fresh and tasty. When we arrived, it was snow flakes were floating everywhere, on the steet, over the houses around and it was a fairy tale atmosphere! The only thing I regret about our stay is the fact that it wasn't longer!

The apartments are fab! 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, big and comfortable. 3 stops away from the train station and 5 min walk from the bus stop. A 15min walk to the city center along the river, a 5 min walk to the nearest mall where you can find anything you need and is a good location in case of rain. Lidl grocery store 100m from the hotel. The host was great and helped us with all the info of the must visit places. Definetly recommend and especially to families!
