The property has all the advertised facilities, plus a wonderful host. Everything was spotless clean and perfect for self catering: the kitchen is well equipped, with a big refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, dishes and cleaning products. We also used the barbecue from outside several times. In the evenings it was very nice and quiet, as only crickets could be heard outside. The guests feel cosy and safe: you can park the car inside the property, behind an electric gate with remote control, and in the courtyard there are surveillance cameras. The Internet was also very good.

Everything was as we expected. I loved watching the waves from my bed, even saw two dolphins. The terrace is a big plus. In our first day there, it was cold, windy and rainy, but the heater worked perfectly. Plamen is a wonderful host, very helpful and gentle, he provided us with useful information on the restaurants, on the parking system in Varna and on everything else we asked about. It is a bit far from the city, but not disturbingly far, in a very beautiful zone; there is an observation point on the top of the hill and from there you ca see the bridge and all the bay and the city, it was simply charming. I will be happy to stay there again.

The location is perfect - very close to the beach, thr sea garden and the city centre, but still in a quiet place. It is right behind one of the main streets with cafes and restaurants, so you are staying at the heart of the city. The room had everything you need including AC. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine. The room was on the 4th floor, but the host is very nice and helped me with my suitcase. I would recommend thr place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Varna.
