Everything was great 😊 Dario and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome! We booked our canyoning tour through the hostel which was really easy and a great trip. The hostel itself was very clean, probably one of the cleanest kitchens we've used in our 6 month trip in South America. The room was also very clean/comfy with a fan. The location was great and very central close to supermarket, main plaza and restaurants.

set in a really beautiful and recently renovated house next to the plaza (but really quiet!), super spacious rooms (!), exceptionally clean, private bathrooms, incredibly comfy beds, great great facilities & sweet value for money. staff is so nice and relaxed, diego is very knowledgeable and leidy very sweet! showers are incredible and everything you’ll want is nearby, i wouldn’t know why anyone wouldn’t wanna stay here when passing by san gil :)

The host’s (including their two dogs) is the kindest and warmest people, and they would help you with any questions you should have. They do everything to make you feel at home. Everything! If we could give a higher rating, we would. The house was beautiful with a nice terrace on the top with view over the mountains. Our room was great too, with nice sheets, a good mattress and a big bathroom with hot water. But what made it into something special was the good care of our host Alicia.
