The apartment within the pension (#6) was very spacious, more than enough for a family of 4, modern furnishing (if a bit utilitarian), and the location next to a mall alongside the parking space makes it a good choice if you're travelling by car

The garden is super nice, it has a big walnut tree that provides shade and where you can sit and dive into nature or watch the birds. The owner family takes care of things. From the birdbath, the rain barrels, the photovoltaic system and other things you can tell they value nature and are environtmentally conscious. We liked our room a lot, it was more spacious and brighter than we expected from the pictures. Not new, shiny and interchangeable like a nowadays usual Airbnb, but it felt like home right away and was good value. Be aware that the pension is located in a fully residential area. This makes it pleasantly quiet during night and day, but there are not many restaurants or other retailers in walking distance. However, if you are going for malls, the Galerie Butovice is just 10-15 minutes on foot away (3 min by car). Finding parking on the street was easy at daytime, but in the evening or night we had to search a bit around the block. Very good place for staying multiple nights, esp. if you come by car and have some business to do in and around Prague both by car and by metro. The family’s son is very friendly and cares about all your needs, speaks English very well. When he is not around, communication is a bit harder, but we always found some common language.

Very comfortable living situation. Coal grill conveniently located outside. Store right across the street. Plenty of space to park a minivan. 20 minutes to Prague! Extremely friendly and welcoming owners who live on site. If you need something just ask them and they will provide!
