The location is great as it is walking distance from the bus terminal and the market! The owner has been extremely helpful giving me tips and advice for my day hikes to Quilotoa and Cotopaxi. I recommend as a stop if you plan those hikes, you will also meet people to team up with if you are looking for buddies :).

The right place to be if you like to climb the Cotopaxi. They will connect you with a guide and even will let you borrow for free hat, gloves, whatever you need. safe location close to many affordable restaurants.

Lovely place, perfect vibe and great staff. Location is awesome and kitchen is well equipped to make some proper food. Dorms are good as well. Everything is clean and they're really helpful. Booked one night, but stayed 2 more because of the good experience. Highly recommended!

An absolutely stunning old historical building with great views from the roof. This is a proper hotel, rather than a hostel (their hostel-hostel is in the basement), so no real kitchen access, but the staff is lovely and the accomodations are super clean and comfy. I was in the 6-bed dorm (this is the only dorm which is in the upstairs hotel portion rather than in the hostel area), and it was great.
