Very clean property and room! The host is very accommodating, helpful, organized and communicates well. They reassigned us to another room prior to our arrival due to a TV maintenance problem. They sent me a text to let me know and I appreciated that effort to make sure we had a properly working TV and for the communication. They set up a taxi pick up for me for an early flight. The room is very pretty with plush, new carpet, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, nice coffee & snack station and very clean/new feeling bathroom. Large plush towels and bathroom emergency kits provided as well as access to kitchen use as well. The security front door opens to a lovely foyer prior to the individually locked rooms. We felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is well kept and pretty, it is quiet also. From the train, we walked a few blocks and were there. Perfect for what we needed!

My sister and I loved everything about our stay at Cornerstones Guest House. It’s a shame this was our first stop in a 10 day vacation because every other place paled in comparison. So clean and comfortable with delicious meals. Tony should teach hospitality at a university.

Great experience as usual 🙂 environment staff ,amenities all great. It was a bit cold at Room no 7 but staff gave me an extra heater as and when needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable Loved the help yourself breakfast and snacks The location was perfect. Easy walk to shops,pubs,restaurants and trains. Would definitely go again.

Stayed at Laburnum Lodge for a family wedding in Knutsford. Wonderful hosts, the ensuite room was clean and comfortable and the cooked breakfast was excellent.
