This was our room no8 not unsuite but shower and loo just a few steps from room ,exclusive to us.Not a problem. Breakfast plenty of choice to set you up in the morning .Hosts very friendly and helpful, would deffo stay again

Comfortable room, modern shower room. Very welcoming hosts. Excellent location,walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Freshly cooked breakfast in addition to fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt and cereals. Highly recommend.

Wonderful guesthouse in a great location, just a few metres from the endless beach in Southbourne. Andi and James are perfect hosts, providing not only a delicious breakfast - both buffet (with fresh berries every day) and cooked - but also valuable advice on things to do in the area. They try to work in a sustainable way by sourcing as much of the food as possible locally, by avoiding wasting food or by avoiding the use of unnecessary plastic. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we loved the very English style of the house and its interior. The room was quite spacious, had tea and coffee making facilities and we got new biscuits every day. The wifi is great as well. We had an online meeting on Friday morning and the connection was uniterrupted for 90 minutes.

The room was very clean, warm, cosy and homely which was lovely. Flat screen tv on the wall. Additional pillows with a selection of different types to suit everyone’s needs! (I haven’t come across this before so it really impressed me!) Debbie the host was so accommodating and friendly, genuinely would go above and beyond. It is very clear the pride she takes in this place and so she should! V

Lovely room that was extremely comfy. Had everything you will need and you could even stay for a week as they have everything to make you comfortable. The staff was so nice and had an adorable dog!

It was very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the location, very close to the beach and city center. The flat itself was really beautiful, with mirrors everywhere and a great garden for really amazing pictures. Overall, Inga is a very friendly and warm host.
