Booked 2 rooms. Both were clean and as shown in the picture. Units come with individual fridges and en-suite bathroom. There is also a common pantry for cooking and microwave usage. Saintsbury is 2 mins walk away. There is also a polish restaurant & Italian takeaway just across the street. Also an Indian restaurant 4 mins walk away. The south Ealing tube station is also 4 mins walk away. Overall a wonderful place with A friendly price.

I was skeptical about initially booking this hotel considering how cheap it was for London as I paid around £66 a night as a solo traveller for a last minute booking, a far lower price than nearby hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by just how well my time here went. I was expecting things to be far more bare-bones but everything I could've needed was provided for and my interactions with the hotel owners were pleasant. The shared facilities were kept in a good state and my room was tidied daily. There was minimal hassle for me in general, something that I really appreciated. It should be noted that this place is run more like a bread and breakfast rather than a hotel. That was fine for my needs and all things considered it was a well run operation. The location is also very good. It's close to one end of the district line which you can use to get to the rest of the city or, as I needed it for, you get to Kew quite quickly. The bus stops nearby are also useful for this as those are just a one minute walk away from the front door of the hotel. The area itself also has a number of high-quality eateries within walking distance with a whole variety of cuisines available. Overall, I expect I'll stay here again sometime in the near future. I've rated it based on the price I paid (just under £200 for three nights) and so it gets full marks from me.

Host was friendly, nice and helpful. There was a quiet heater, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle and filtered water and some cuttlery. The shades were nice enough to keep the light out. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was warm with the portable quiet heater. Bathroom was kept clean. Clear instructions on how to access the accomodation.
