The owner is such a cute lady, and she helped me a lot as soon as I arrived in London. She gave every detail about the property. She replied to every message of mine asap. The room was clean, silent at any time, comfy, and a nice place for two people (I traveled alone). The room has its own bathroom inside. (That is also why I chose this room.) Transportation is very convenient. Ilford underground station (Elizabeth line) is 7 minutes away by foot. The shopping mall is near the underground station. Bus number 25 can be taken to go to the London center. The location of the property is the safest one, in my experience, for the one who got to London for the first time.

This house was absolutely lovely. You really couldn't have gotten much closer to an extremely useful underground station to be on the line for, brilliantly located. There is even a car boot sale in the nearest field on Tuesdays that looked very well populated. I could not believe how well equipped the place was. We arrived to a brand new milk in the fridge, coffee, any type of tea you might like, salt, sugar, and a full range of utensils in a fully equipped kitchen that even had a dishwasher. When we wanted to clean our clothes, we were able to use the washing machine in the room and the host was happy to provide clothes maidens and laundry liquid! The water pressure for the shower was really good, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the sheets felt luxurious, and our privacy was respected the whole time we were there, you couldn't ask for better hosts, and I actually felt secure leaving my belongings there (Where I'm from, we learn that if it's not with you, don't expect it to be there when you get back!) The price was better than anything else we found in the area, and I would absolutely look here before thinking of anywhere else if I were to stay in London again. It was a home from home!

Lovely stay at a quiet, peaceful and comfortable residence in Ilford. Only a short walk from the station, close to many shops, food and drinking spots. Staff were extremely accommodating to any enquiries I had as well as flexible check-in/check-out.

nothing the bed is broken and is held with bricks under the mattress I'm scared to sleep th3 light fitting is hanging down smoke alarm is.covered im sleepinh on the floor and have hurt my self and bleeding iv taking pictures and taken recordings and I need yhis resolved by the morning before I check out or this will go a lot further than this review page

The staff were very kind to me and I really appreciate this as I am autistic and sometimes have a bit of a wobble - but they were extremely accommodating and I will definitely be staying there again. The room is lovely and spacious too with an excellent wet room and a very comfortable bed :)
