Delicious and generous breakfast, we had supper from the available supper menu too which was also delicious home cooked food. Really great value too. Libby is a really nice host and anticipated our needs perfectly. The room was absolutely beautiful as was the view. Immaculately clean and a really good setup. Really handy location for walking, flamingoland, castle howard and my favourite of all; peace and quiet with an excellent view. We were very happy.

Libby is an ideal hostess and has thought of everything which makes a great stay. Fresh milk, very tasty breakfast and she cooked chicken pie one evening which was exceptional. The shower is superb with good pressure and lovely large towels. The additional space in the hallway to leave coats, shoes and bags is really useful too.
