Everything! First, Chris and Jenny are outstanding hosts! Chris carried my wife’s suitcase in and out of the BnB. WOW! Great room and bathroom, clean as a whistle, nice public room with honor bar. Ample parking. Couldn’t have been better.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable, very quiet room with everything you could need provided. The choices at breakfast time are plentiful as are the plates. Really great value too. Libby is a really nice host and anticipated our needs perfectly. The room was absolutely beautiful as was the view. Immaculately clean and a really good setup. Really handy location for walking, flamingoland, castle howard and my favourite of all; peace and quiet with an excellent view. We were very happy.

Fresh milk, very tasty breakfast and she cooked chicken pie one evening which was exceptional. The shower is superb with good pressure and lovely large towels. Libby, the host, was fantastic there seemed to be nothing that was too much trouble. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted and set us up for the day.
