Luca(the owner) is amazing and very attentive. He gave us local restaurant suggestions and even helped us make reservations. He also recommended a great leather shop where we picked up amazing jackets. To top it all if they have happy hour every day and we slept amazing every night. Would highly recommend.

Smjestaj je super. Uredan i cist. Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Pripremite malo zivce ako dolazite sa autom jer se objekat nalazi u strogom centru, pa ako je koja ulica zatvorena navigacija luduje :))) No kad dodete na sve zaboravite :))

Our host Gaia was fantastic, she managed everything via whatsapp with very clear instructions during check in/check-out. she sent us her favorite restaurants and was available for any questions we had; very efficient use of technology:) Location is fantastic, Duomo is right on the corner and everything else in walking distance. Room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)

The place is absolutely amazing. Located in a quiet area with a beautiful garden very close to the city centre by walking or a train. It is well maintained by the staff, so clean and renovated with a unique design furniture it guarantees a perfect getaway experience in Italy! Recommend

Location was great - a short walk from S. M. Novella train station. We didn't need much for breakfast - so some fresh fruits was perfect for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Mario was very helpful and flexible with dropping off luggage ahead of check-in and also checking us out earlier in the morning so that we could catch an early tour before we left Florence. If you like burrata, we had a burrata sandwich which was just delicious and creamy from Mario's Panificio just downstairs.
