Csodálatos környezetben, lenyűgöző termèszeti adottságokkal megáldott hely, a termál vízesès felejthetetlen èlmènyt nyújt. A szállás impozáns, nagyon kellemes ès tiszta, a háziasszony pedig rendkívül kedves, előzèkeny a szemèlyzettel együtt. Hihetetlenül finom a pizzájuk, a feketèt meg kell kóstolni, csak ajánlani tudom a helyet. Tökèletes kikapcsolódás ès egyben remek kulináris èlmèny, köszönöm 🙏🤗

OK, we weren't expecting much after our overnight plane ride from the States. After finding it (a little tricky), we were very happy. There are just two rooms and we had the place to ourselves (a bonus). It's a lovely old house and it was immaculate and modernized. You can walk into the little village where there is a bar a few places to eat (Il Capriccio was excellent). It was perfect!

My wife and I spent one night in Manciano on our way to Rome. We stayed here due to its close proximity to the thermal baths in Saturnia. The room was very cute and had a nice ambience to it. The room had a double bed, some tea, an electric kettle and a fridge. The attached bathroom was also very clean. The host was very friendly and communicative and had explained the directions of reaching the house very nicely. Overall, a very good stay.

Location to the Hot Springs was perfect! Wonderful local restaurants nearby. We loved the beautiful patio! We sat out in the evening and watched the stars. We loved the beautiful breakfast area on the front porch.

Kindness of Marcello, owner of the premise, cleanliness of the room, amazing view on the village and on the mountains, wonderful breakfast with genuine handmade cakes and confiture, absolute silence of the small village of Semproniano. Marcello, everyday prapared for us a detailed an accurate list of places to see and thing to do around the location. Wonderful the "cascate del molino" in Saturnia terms.
