Brian went above & beyond as a host - when we asked for restaurant suggestions, he guided us to them himself & ordered for us, and even at times joined us :) I was able to meet a lot of wonderful people at Bunk which made my trip enjoyable

I liked how friendly and helpful the host, Mr. KiHo Lee and his mom (They operate the guesthouse) were. From the second my family and I arrived, Mr. Lee assisted us with all of our bags and helped us arrange transportation for the following day. Mr. Lee’s mom made a wonderful breakfast the following morning, which offered quite a bit of variety. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The location is close to Hongik University and the Hongik University Metro stop. The area is vibrant with many restaurants, bars, and shopping to offer. My family and I look forward to the next time we can stay at the Good Guesthouse.

We liked the facilities and value for the money. The host was super welcoming. The floor heating and common washing machine and kitchen was a plus for us as well

Location was incredible. Many places were within walking distance, including Insadong shopping and restaurants and the palaces and Bukchon Hanok Village. The room was spotless. Bed, fridge, small table with mirror and stool. Typical Asian bathroom with the shower not separated from the sink and toilet. Very quiet considering the busy street behind my room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had great English. I would highly recommend this hotel for young people. As an older traveler, I would have enjoyed a little more space and comfort, the bed was high to afford space underneath for suitcases, but overall well worth the reasonable price.

-Pretty close to the airport railroad station (Hongdae stn exit#6) So, it's very convenient travelling to/from ICN airport with big luggage. Even though the guesthouse's not in the shopping area of Hongdae, it's still good and easy walking distance to all the shops and cafes that I've bookmarked. -The room's very CLEAN. Couldn't see any traces of dust which normally I'm very sensitive to. -The staff (Mr.Beomseok) was so kind and understanding. I've requested for early check-in as I felt unwell from long haul flight. He texted me immediately after the cleaning was done. -As a light sleeper, I didn't have any problems at all during the night using earplugs. During the day, I could hear the auto front door, since my bedroom was right at the stair facing the front door. Yet, not that bothering me. -Common area/breakfast = no comments as I didn't have a chance to use it. Considering the price, definitely worth it! I'd come back again for sure!

The guesthouse property is so beautiful. The rooftop was definitely my favourite. Common areas including the kitchen are so clean and all guests maintain the same. Everyone is really nice and courteous to each other. Daniel and his staff were all incredibly helpful. The location of the guesthouse is great. Bus and train stations are within 8-9 minutes walking distance. Please keep the same in mind while travelling with luggage. Also, the check-in timing is around 3pm. However, we were able to leave our bags with Daniel and his staff which was convenient.

1. Cleanliness The room is fragrant and well organized. There are new garbage bags, vacuum cleaners, etc., so I can clean by myself whenever I want. 2. Safe It's comfortable because it's only for women, and there's CCTV in the common area, so it feels safe. 3. Convenience It was a 5-minute walk to downtown Hongdae and the subway station. 4. A variety of amenities. Most of the necessary things are provided. There's even a curling iron. 5. Friendly staff She is very helpful and always gives me quick replies.
