The hosts were super helpful, lovely couple taking care of everything. The dinner we ordered was delicious, breakfast was tasty too and big. The host took us to Horton Plains national park with his tuktuk, as well to Damro factory, nice tea shop and lovers leap waterfall - great experience, in pleasant atmosphere and reasonably priced. Apart from your private room, you can use the open hall at disposal with two couches, armchairs and TV. It's spacious enough to make a short yoga stretch :) Warm blankets and hot shower available. We can strongly recommend the stay in Ruchi house

Clean simple rooms and an excellent location. The host is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had via text. I can’t imagine a better location. We were able to walk to dinner at the Grand hotel in about 5 mins and the view from the outdoor seating area was excellent!

A super beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Nuwara Eliya! The place feels like home! We even got an upgrade for free. The host is super friendly, a very good cook, and always willing to help us with making plans in the area. For instance, she made a special breakfast for us when we got up early to see Horton Plains. Also, the beds are amazing. Best place to stay in the area!

Amazing place in a quiet area, yet very close to the city centre. Nice room with everything you need, tasty breakfast and most importantly, an awesome host. I felt like I made a friend in Nuwara Eliya. I will definitely book again here when I come back! Also, if you want information about the area or to make a tour, the owner knows everything: places, people, and could arrange something for you, depending on what you want to see and how much time you have. Could only recommend!

We loved the homely atmosphere in this family-run guesthouse. They took great care of us from the moment we arrived, all the way to the very end of our stay in Nuwara Eliya. They even took us to the train station on our way to Ella to make sure we got the tickets we needed for our journey. The tour Chami gave us of the area was amazing, we had one of the best days of our stay in Sri Lanka so far. The food was also great, if you’ve got some spare time, I highly recommend having dinner there as well. They prepared a delicious vegetarian meal for us with organic vegetables.
