The hosts and other guests were very friendly and the accommodation is in a beautiful (albeit a little inconvenient to get to) location. The breakfast they offer is also delicious.

Hoshikuzu terletak di Naoshima, 2.2km dari Chichu Art Museum dan 2.2km dari Ando Museum. Great house, much larger than I expected for a traditional home. Extremely thoughtfully set up. Beautiful. Air conditioning was already on when we arrived. Close to the main street and ferry port. Even closer to the bus stop to the museums.

Guest House Wakabaya is situated in Takamatsu, a 5-minute walk away from Hanazono Station of the Kotoden Nagao Line. The Kotoden Nagao Line can be accessed from Takamatsu-Chikko Station. Wakabaya guest house was perfect! Close to restaurants and shops, super clean and comfortable. I was quite at the end of my journey around Shikoku by bike and Takeshi gave me lots of help and suggestions for better arrive at the airport. Look also at his suggestions and tips! I went to Busshozan Onsen and Ritsurin Garden and they were amazing! Thank you very much

The owner was friendly and very helpful without being overwhelming. The location was conveniently near a grocery store, a beach, and a train station. I personally loved the decor, and the kitchen/common area was well set up with utensils for cooking, eating, a few games, and local sightseeing info.

Beautiful, comfortable home which was a very short walk to Noguchi Museum in the nicest neighborhood. Close to a ton of great restaurants but very quiet and peaceful. We wished we lived here!

Wonderful revival of the old bath house as a cafe and the former owner's residence as a guesthouse in the historical street of Tadotsu. We enjoyed the stylish place and the new onsen-style bathroom with a ceramic tub. Comfortable beds and complete privacy at the guesthouse.

Aoisora Aoiumi no guest house - Vacation STAY 75101v terletak di Takamatsu, 3km dari Kitahamaebisu Shrine, 3.1km dari Sunport Fountain, dan juga 4.2km dari Takamatsu Heike Monogatari Historical... The place was really clean, and had everything that we could need all laid out for us when we arrived. The owners are the most wonderful people you'll ever meet, a kind older couple who live across the street from the building and speak perfect English. We often chatted and they let us use the bikes as often as we wanted. They will happily answer any question and sent us information in advance about how to access the hotel from Takamatsu station.. The room is really lovely, with a cool tatami room and kitchen, and traditional futon beds. The location is really peaceful and easy to access public transport. Just bear in mind that there is no lift, but the building is only 3 floors so it's only minimal stairs. All in all, I highly recommend this place, you will absolutely not regret it!

The hosts lived on site, very professional, and still very easy to approach with questions or concerns. They provided handmade guidebooks (in Japanese and English) for the neighborhood and also the general Takamatsu/Kagawa area. You can tell that they are comfortable hosting international visitors. The apartment was spotless and a great place to stay for multiple nights. Our room was a good size for two people. Three might've been a squeeze if staying for more than one night. 24-hour grocery store within walking distance was a plus. Parking is available on site as well. The hosts also offer free use of bicycles or umbrellas, if needed. Just ask! Also, the AC unit was so quiet that we didn't notice it was running; that was mindblowing. =)
