A beautiful large garden where you can find a place on a hammock as well as shade from the trees. There is a communal kitchen with coffee/tea facilities and a large fridge. There is plenty of parking space. Bicycles can be rented at a fair price. The owners are very nice, we just felt very comfortable and would love to come back one day. :)

Strandbaden Köpingsvik’s rooms have a washbasin and shared bathrooms. Apartments have their own private kitchenette, bathroom with shower and furnished patio offering Baltic Sea views. No included breakfast, but a kitchenette for cooking! Building is old but delightfully retro-staff was helpful and friendly. We were 4 adults in a small space, 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa. Picnic table on porch overlooking the beach. Restaurants with live musik, family friendly.

Guest rooms at Drottning Victorias Hotell & Vilohem have garden, sea or forest views. All feature charming décor and a seating area with work desk, and many include a tiled stove. Some rooms are housed in the hotel’s adjacent annexes while others are in the main building. We have spent the most wonderful days and nights at Drotting Victorias Hotell & Vilohem. Already upon arrival, our host welcomed us very warmly and made us feel comfortable, welcome and at home. The place is peacefully located on the stunning island of Öland, amidst fields, nature and with the current Royal residence Solliden and the Borgholm Slottsruin as neighbours. Guests will admire and love the rich history of the building and surroundings, as we did very much. The place, with its interior, just breathes this royal atmosphere. We spent our (3) nights in the annex next to the main building, with a very spacious bedroom and ballroom sized bathroom. All luxury was there, so was the peace and quiet needed for a good rest after days of exploring Öland. The menus offered are very very tasty and the service is just excellent, from early morning till late evening. We cannot thank the staff enough and wish our travel schedule had allowed us more time on the premises too, as during Summer, afternoon tea is also offered on specific days, which must be amazing to have in this setting. Something to go back for, as this place captured our hearts and left a lasting memory. Thank you for everything!!

Cleaning, linen abd towels are included in the price. The place is nicely set up and clean, and while it is remote, the area is really nice. Plus, the landlady is friendly, helpful and lots of fun to talk to. I'd definitely stay again.
