The location was amazing! My bungalow didn't have direct view to the sea (I wasn't expected that, photos are very clear), but it was only need to quit the door to see it, and it was located only 200 steps away from the beach :) Mr. Ex was very kind and helpful; I'll stay here again for sure, when I return to Koh Lanta one day!

The property offers garden views. We had a nice time there and even extended once. The owner is very nice and even drove my girlfriend to the dentist without any charge. The room was clean and spacious enough for two. Aircon, TV, shower etc. worked flawlessly.

Your own patio with a hammock and seating area is the best 😍 The owner is super friendly, always available to anything you need. Absolutely would stay there next time when I’m in Koh Lanta!
