The multi-award winning Hilton London Heathrow Hotel has recently benefited from an extensive refurbishment as part of its continued commitment to creating the perfect guest experience. rooms are pretty clean, the lobby layout is very open and nice. amazing amazing location if you’re traveling from T4 heathrow, we had a lot of suitcases and the concierge dropped us off at our check in gate with a golf cart through a tunnel that connects T4 to the hotel, he then came back 10 minutes later with a trolley full of our bags, exceptional service! he even weighed each suitcase prior to bringing them to the terminal to make sure nothing had extra weight! i wish i got his name, he made our stay extremely comfortable!
