Friendly and professional staff. Bed is uncomfortable and rooms are outdated, not enough towels in the room ( no face towel or hand towels just two shower towels ) Buffet was terrible, flies all over the food, hair near the food poor variety and quality definitely not up to the Hilton standard very disappointing. Location is great if you’re flying from Denpasar hotel a short 5 min drive

Spacious villa, lovely design, comfortable bed. Nice pool however it could do with some cleaning. Curtains were broken, walls had plaster coming off, bed canopy had holes in them.

Nano and his wife are so warm and friendly. If you want to learn about Balinese culture, host will gladly tell you all the things you are curious about. They even let me join their offering making, which was so special. The room is kept super clean, cozy, there is some nice Balinese art in the room to enjoy. Bed is very comfy and shower is perfect, which I struggled to find at other properties. No mold ☺️ there is a balcony terrace to enjoy the views of the nature. I loved staying here and would definitely come back.

We stayed in a unique room, the Canopy with a view over all the other property around. Good view. Very quiet. They have a nice pool, which regretfully we didn't get to use. They have a nice common area for pingpong and other games.

Room was clean and nice, bed was so big, especially loved the canopy part. AC was good. Also liked bathroom. Terrace was lovley, loved the net hammock. Staff was so kind and lovely, brought me some water and fruits during my illness (had quite bad cold), also helped to arrange transfer between ports. 10-15 minutes walk from Diamod beach (road is hilly), near are severals eating places.

The staff at Wapa are so sweet and smiley and it's infectious!!! Our welcome drink was exquisite, too much that i am out here trying to recreate it. The room was extremely large, and oh that canopy bed! am still dreaming of those flowy linen curtains hanging over the bed. I loved the infinity pool and the fact that it's all leveled and separate from the deep one. The Yoga studio is a must checkout as it overlooks the greenery of the rice fields, a view that adds over 10 fold to the entire experience.

Excellent location in the middle of Seminyak. A very chiq and minimalist hotel. Rooms were clean. Parking was ok, as the hotel allowed us to park our small rental car in the premises and the very friendly and helpful security was great help too. Breakfast selection was ok, there's a small buffet spread and you get to order a main course. The omelette bagel was very yummy! The Canopy Spa was excellent and well worth it! Highly recommended!

Everything. Staff were excellent in service. From the reception all the way to beverage and food service staff. Meals were done really well and they appropriately priced (not over priced). All inclusive option was excellent too. Swimming was beautiful. Loved all the activities offered, their location was the best and the resort grounds and facilities could be made better of you tried. Blasted Hilton hotels in Australia that I've experienced out of the water! Expect me back many more times.

Hilton Resort is a fantastic place for families. Great pool and outdoor door facilities. The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. We had a great experience at the hotel and will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Although the property was old, they are not pretentious and made up for it by prompt and efficient service a unlike their more glamorous brand “Conrad” whom we ditch after a night to stay to move to Hilton. No one likes to be taken for a ride especially by a brand name.
