Villa Frieda, feriebolig i Zell am See

Villa Frieda is situated in Zell am See, 46 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station, 2.6 km from Zell am See Train Station, and 3 km from Casino Zell am See.

This place was better than we initially expected. When we made the reservation, we didn't really know what to expect as this was a new place with no reviews but we needed a place for 7 people. Whole house was for ourselves, located near Zell am See, ~15 minutes drive till Kitzsteinhorn/Kaprun and ~30 minutes drive till Saalbach Hinterglemm. Before our arrival we were in close contact with the agent who instructed us how to get the keys from the lock box, what the house rules were and answered all our questions. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen for to cook your meals - fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, pans, pots, dishes, silverware. The kitchen is not very big, but there is a window glazed terrace next to it, which, to our surprise, was warm during the winter. And there by the big dining table place is for everyone. The first floor also has a living room with TV, a single bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a small shower and sink in each room. These rooms also have access to a balcony. The third room with a double bed had its own toilet and shower. And the fourth room had a bunk bed + a single bed, with a sink in the room. And a separate shower and toilet on the second floor. Therefore this place can accommodate in total many guests. Each had a hand and shower towel. There is good wi-fi throughout the house. Strict recycling rules. In the winter an amazing extra is ski boot dryer (hidden behind the main entrance door). That room itself wasn't heated to dry clothes, but you can store there ski/snowboard equipment and have a dry boots in the morning. In warmer weather, you can sit outside on the terrace. On-site parking is large enough for a minivan and a few extra cars. We stayed for five nights, and this was a great place for our stay!

In the newly renovated Chalet Peter you can wonderfully relax and unwind in summer and winter! The spacious house offers enough space for large families.

It was a very nice, spacious place for two families. The first floor is quite big, the kitchen is very well equipped. The yard is very good for kids to play. It is worth coming back again. Communication with the owners was very fast and pleasant.

The house was really big, we had 8 of staying very comfortably in the premises, it was about 6 to 7 minutes walking distance from the centre of zell am See and also the City Xpress gondola. ( Don't go by Google maps, the route to gondola and town is much easier and closer) The house was really clean, the beds were comfortable Down stairs, there was a boot warmer in the utility room along with washing machine and tumble dryer which takes 1 euro coins only . €3 per wash and dry, also down stairs was a whole room dedicated to storing luggage and sports equipment, clothes, etc it's like a massive dressing room also two bedrooms and a small shower room and toilet, up stairs another two bedrooms and main bathroom, there is an extra bathroom sink in the the pantry area which was really handy. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. The living room is big and a fantastic view of the lake. There is also a sunroom with has extra seating and a television and patio doors out to a veranda. An amazing property.

Very nice location and amazing welcoming by the host! We had a lot of snow and every morning the driveway was cleared. The communication with the host throughout the stay was just perfect. Also they were very fast at replying on WhatsApp whenever we contacted them. Overall a very pleasant stay!
