The views are outstanding. The house was extremely clean and cosy. The host had everything we needed, and even the fire was ready to light. The beds were very comfortable. This house felt like home and the kitchen equipment was to a high standard. The bedrooms had lots of space, which was great for us. Our bed had an electric blanket on it! The block built walls meant that even when the kids were noisy, we could still experience calm. The sound of sheep, birds and the breeze was all we could hear!

Everything. What they only need to add is a big smart TV so that visitors can enjoy apps like YouTube on the TV since they have got fast stable internet connections already on the premises.

Beautiful place to stay with everything you need. Declan was a friendly & welcoming host. We had a wonderful family weekend and the kitchen area was just right to sit around and enjoy a family meal in the evening. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying for a third time.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the hosts, David and Sharon. We were shown around the cottage and it's facilities, which were more than adequate. Our expectations were well and truly exceeded. We were delighted by those little details that made all the difference. From the welcome pack of free range eggs, butter, wheaten, etc. Even bowls and a chew stick for our dog. The efforts the hosts went to, to make our stay enjoyable, including a photo opportunity with an Alpaca, were very much appreciated. Such a therapeutic place to stay. And so comfortable. This is a great place from which to explore Mourne country. But be careful. You may become addicted to watching the free range chickens. They are so entertaining, that you may end up in no rush to go anywhere. Absolutely loved this place.

We loved everything here....it exceeded our expectations. It' is a lovely home, in a great location, quiet but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Off street parking. A few steps at front entrance. Great location for driving to other areas of interest..out to coast or in to Belfast or shop in Banbridge Boulevard only 15 min drive. Everything in the house is very welcoming, modern and fresh. All the extra little touches are bonuses...tea, sugar, cereal, . Very well equipped kitchen including extras like kitchen roll, cling film etc. Excellent wifi. Bedrooms are on the upper floor ...may not suit if one has difficulty climbing a flight of stairs. Bedrooms well laid out and beds very comfortable. Plenty of lighting and extra plug sockets. We all slept really well. Great heating system which can be boosted if needed. Would highly recommend staying here. The host is very responsive to any queries. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful modern cottage, amazing decor and a hot tub as a bonus. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and is bigger than it looks in the photos.. The hosts left Easter eggs for our children and prosseco for the adults. Can't fault it at all, it was much better than expected, situated in a lovely quiet area. The wood burning hot tub was a big hit.
