I was very surprised and grateful to receive a room upgrade. The receptionist who offered was wonderful. The room did not disappoint with a stunning view and easy access to the exit outside. The location was perfect with the festivities in Felon's providing ample of entertainment and food. I loved the ease of access with online check in and using the app as the key card.
