In a prime location in Chiang Mai, Ruanmata Homestay offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. We just finished our 4-day stay at Ruanmata Homestay and we wished we would have booked it for longer. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and the every morning a different delicious breakfast. One day we left the accommodation very early and they even prepared a breakfast to go (without asking). I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Situated in Pai, 400 metres from Pai Night Market and 500 metres from Pai Bus station, บ้านใจแปงโฮมสเตย์ Ban Jaipang Homestay offers air conditioning. There is one fan and one air conditioner. Those 2 helps to cool the room down quickly and efficiently. Also big freezer that i can keep mango. Easy to access from bus station(5mins walking), bike rental shop, fruit shop(all 3~4mins). Hotel owner Yor try to help traveller kindly. Such as laundry machine or refill drinking water and so on. Pai is peaceful place and any traveller feel comfortable.

Very, very friendly host and hostess. Tok and Big, thank you very much for your kindness and lovely care. They are very flexible and open to help in any kind of situation. One of the many advantages of staying here is that you can rent a motorbike for only 250 baht a day. You only have to fill in your signature on a paper and that's it! No leaving your passport behind or paying a deposit. We wanted to take the moterbike for one or two days to Pai and that was no problem at all. Tok even checked our moterbike for any kind of problems.They didn't make us pay for the checkup. Also if you have any questions Tok and Big will try to help where they can. They give some tips about nice locations in Thailand that aren't too touristy and they can call a cab or an organisation for you. Our room was very big and clean, we liked the style of the interior and the vibe of the room. In the shared 'kitchen' outside, you can use drinking water, coffee and tea for free. The only disadvantage is that the location is not close to the city center, but a seven eleven is nearby (5 minutes walk). It also wasn't too bad of a location, we walked several times to the night market (18 minute walk) So if you do not mind to walk a bit then this is just perfect. It was nice to have your own room to rest and also the living area aka the kitchen outside to socialize with other travelers. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Chiang Mai.

Ideally located in the centre of Chiang Mai, DE LUXE BOUTIQUE & rooftop offers free WiFi, a rooftop pool and free private parking for guests who drive. The property was almost new and very clean. We could relax and in enjoy the space after a day of sightseeing. The smart TV was great as it made us feel at home. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We loved this please and want to go back.

I wanted a hotel close to the airport! It was quite cheap and that's why I was even more surprised to see the comfortable room! It's definitely a place where one could stay longer! The check in was very uncomplicated (I could come any time the key was in the room), everything was clean and the hostess even dropped me off at the airport early in the morning, which was very helpful!

Situated in Chiang Mai, 2 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and 5.6 km from Chiang Mai Gate, Capital O 75422 Million Pillows offers a garden and air conditioning. Was a fantastic decorative hotel, bed was very comfy and all the little touches did not go unnoticed. Only stayed one night, we checked in late however they still made us feel very welcome. Close to airport and not far from town accessible by truck for 30bht. Would stay again, shame we could not stay any longer.

Jeerat House จิรัสเฮ้าส์ is situated in Phayao and offers a garden. Housed in a building dating from 2020, this homestay features free WiFi and free private parking. From the minute we arrived, we felt very comfortable and welcome! The owners are unbelievably kind and helpful hosts and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. The room was big and immaculately clean (probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed at during our 6 months traveling SE Asia each year). Everything seemed brand new and worked great (A/C, fan, kettle, shower, toilet, TV, etc). Coffee, Coffeemate, tea, all provided in the room. They even provided complimentary bread/toast in the morning with butter and jam, as well as a water station. We opted to skip the room cleaning our second morning there as it really wasn't needed and came back later to a basket filled with fresh towels, bathmat, toilet paper and bottles of water. We arrived on Christmas Day and were very surprised and warmed when they came to our room to bring us a really nice box of chocolates with a note wishing us a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The lake is only a short walk away and the sunsets were worth the walk down each night. Lots of restaurants and shops/7-11 around and and Otteri for laundry.

The rooms are great, super clean and comfortable. The central spots are located just a few minutes away by scooter while the hotel itself is in a pretty nice, quiet and relaxing area. The owner just as the rest of the staff is super kind and always helped me out with anything I needed help with. I am just super happy that I have found that place. Highly recommended!
