Franzelle, the host, was absolutely amazing. I have never felt so welcome at a hostel. She was extremely helpful and supportive. The whole experience in Swakopmund was extremly wonderful thanks to her! 10/10

1.Members of the staff are hospitable,friendly and warm smiles:) I stayed here before going to Walvisbay.After going to Walvisbay, I came back here because I like to meet members of the staff including a Hungarian lady who is a volunteer and owner. I was lucky because I had comfortable and meaningful time with them. Thank you for your wonderful communication with me! 2. Breakfast is amazing!! Contents are a piece of breads, jams,cheese, two kinds of cereals ,some fresh fruits boiled eggs and orange juice!! Additionally there is a mashine,which you can make grilled sandwiches by yourself. It going be much delicious…!!! Personally, I was over the moon that there were boiled eggs:))) Although it’s not like a buffet in five star hotel, contents are enough!! Much more than I expected:) And two members of the staff always prepare them from early morning.I really appreciate them! 3. The facilities are wonderful Especially,hot shower is fantastic much more than I expected !! The facilities in bathroom looked like modern one.
