It is very close to Hakuba JR Station. You can walk a short distance each day to take the shuttle bus to the snow resort. The staff was very kind and the check-in process went very smoothly. The rooms are very large and feel perfect for 4 people, and the value for money is excellent. The view out of the room was excellent. There is a parking lot outside the hotel.

A 10-minute walk to Hakuba Happo One Ski Resort, Hotel Weisser Hof features an indoor hot-spring bath, a sauna and a ski storage area. Rooms have a cable TV and a private bathroom. it was perfectly located 1 minute from bus terminal and at two of the shuttle stops for Happo Ski. it is across street from convenience store and walking distance to many restaurants. there is ample ski storage. the breakfast is hot and cooked as you arrive each morning. the staff is incredibly hospitable and even brought us a breakfast cart for our last day due to our very early departure time. this was such a pleasant experience for us. the staff also was very helpful prior to our arrival. they answered all questions promptly and sent us information to help guide us on our transportation options to arrive in Hakuba. our room was ample in size with comfy beds (not horribly common throughout Japan), our room was warm and we liked the. couch to kick back on and relax after a long day skiing.

Very friendly staff where they're always accommodate us during the stay, reachable when we were struggling with the windows, their response are swift and impressive.
