welll it is good hotel and like to stay again. staff was friendly and have no complain at all.

The staff are friendly and accomodating and are ready to assist at all times.

The Internet connection and wifi facilities in my room are not functioning.

Reception staff extremely helpfully and curteous. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff was helpful as far as everything in the hotel was concerned. Any request was attended to promptly.

Staff have difficulty to converse in english and french. As a result they could not give exact info to our querries. SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL WAS NOT AVAILABLE DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL RECEIVED MY EMAIL.

This hotel dosnt correspond to the 4 stars. I think 3 stars is maximum. Old furniture, not good location, surly staff. Undirected customer service: they could not made breakfast 15 minutes earlier before schedule, even I asked about it because of the our flight. Price of the hoter is too high. I am not recommend it

Its old hotel not very clean . I went from another well known chain hotel to this one and found this to be more suitable as 2 star not 4 star. Whilst staff were reasonably helpful the hotel itself old ,smelly and not so well presented to be rated as 4 star.

The toilet sink was damaged. The door adjacent to the other room is so visible, I got scared if the other room can open it. Can't feel the safetyness inside. Window was not totally close so the room was bright in the morning which should be dark.

Ac was not working properly. Wifi was not connected, even charges were paid. The hotel is below 4 star level. I have stayed in other 3 stars which are much much better than this 4 star.

The location of the hotel in the hotel district of Deira. Easy accessibility.

Awfully done lobby and reception area. Staff was a BIG BIG turnoff. Not a single smile throughout my entire stay. I was greeted with a frown and while checking out the clerk was in no mood to work. I wanted to pay by credit card bit she insisted that I pay by cash since she already made a receipt which says cash, without even asking me. I had to finally call a friend to come and pay by cash as I was relying on credit card payment which she wouldn't accept. Disgusting!!!

The food is not good. The bed is old enough for replacement. The bathtub is very small. There are items specified in the booking that supposed to be included were not provided.

Nothing at all , the staff were rude the room was filthy and it did not have a jacuzzi as advertised. There was blood stains on the sheet and there were dirty towels in the bedroom. The staff at reception were very rude and really destroyed my experience miss daisy and miss princess at reception had no customer service qualities and god knows who gave them that job .

The room was very filthy. I had blood stains on my sheet and the towels in the bathroom had brown marks on them. Even when I asked for new towels they were dirty and filthy. It was advertised that the hotel ad a jacuzzi which did not exsist ant the pool area was filthy with marks all over the sun beds and a very dirty pool side shower. The staff were very rude at reception particularly Miss Daisy and Miss Princess. Miss Daisy had an attitude problem and when I came down to complain about the room she would not even look a t me and was ignoring me. I go to Dubai at least twice a year and this hotel should have no stars at all . I stayed at a holiday inn at safa park a week before which was two stars and it was much much better. This hotel really gave me a bitter experience andis not doing justice for Dubai after all they have made a lot of effort to give tourists a great experience but with a hotel like this and staff as rude as these two ladies its a shame. I also asked to speak to a manager but was told he is on holiday. Quite strange
