Our structure is build in 2015, is composed from 7 suites and 1 double room. Members of our family runs during all year the business, with dedication, professionalism, we are always available to help for any request or need guests may ask. All suites are composed with 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with window, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and a balcony. In each unit you find a big fridge, coffee and tea maker. At first floor is a Suite with Balcony which offer partial sea view. Double Room is located also at first floor, is very comfort and spacious, sea view is offered also from this room. At second and third floor they are 4 Suites with Sea View, from the living room and the balcony you enjoy great view of the Jonian sea and Saranda city. At top floor they are 2 Penthouse Suites. Comfort couches on spacious balcony invite you to relax with a drink and amazing sea view. Breakfast is offered at the taverna infront of us. Although the building is situated in the center of the city, is a very quiet place to stay and to enjoy your holidays. At 50 mt distance is a Supermarket, Restaurant, Bar, Exchange, Car and Moto hire.

The peable city beach with sunbeds is in a distance of 300mt. In a distance of 50 mt they are super market, exchange point, ATM, bank, post office, restaurants and bars as the main promenade is just near our structure. If you drive 15 minutes south, you can reach the three islands of Ksamil and the ancient castle of Butrinti. If you drive 20 minutes north, you will find the beautiful and quiet beach of Lukova, which has easy access to bars, restaurants and sunbeds, but still offers the visitor a quiet place to spend the day.
