I delved into the world of Greek Literature at the esteemed University of Gjirokaster, honing my linguistic prowess in both Greek and English. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of overseeing the operations of various bars and restaurants, and I even had the pleasure of owning my own restaurant/cafe for a fruitful period of time. My passion lies in the culinary arts, and I take immense joy in crafting inviting and cozy spaces for my esteemed patrons. Recently, I reopened my own restaurant at the bazaar of Gjirokaster, where I continue to share my love for cooking with the community. Over the past five years, I have been fortunate enough to guide and enlighten tourists and visitors as they explore the breathtaking sights of the southern region of Albania.
