The name Aygestan means "area of gardens" in Armenian 🌳, and this area used to be a mini-forest in the city many years ago. Although there are fewer trees now, the houses in Aygestan have kept their original form, so you can still see the old Yerevan in this area. There are many embassies in Aygestan, which makes it a very safe and quiet place to stay 🏰. It's a great location for relaxing, as you can hear birds singing 🐦, but still be close to the downtown area. The villa is a short 4-5 minute walk from large fruit shops, supermarkets, and many mini-markets 🛍️.
