Very nice location, close to bars and shops. Also security in the street so that gives a secure feeling. The room was big, nice view and very clean. The housekeeping was super friendly, as well as the people at the reception and breakfast room!

Given the current economic situation in Argentina this place was incredibly cheap for someone paying in EUR/GBP/USD, location was close to unbeatable, and the staff were all very nice to deal with. Plenty of good restaurants nearby (definitely give Focacceria Lebrel one block north of the hotel a go), and the proximity to Avenida 53 means you have the nicest way of walking southwest towards Plaza Moreno and beyond.
Breakfast buffet is your standard European hotel fare (ie better than what you get in the US or UK), and if you need to get to Ezeiza/Aeroparque there's a Remis service they work with who were reasonably priced (I had a very good deal from a friend of a friend but the company the hotel work with only charged ~10% more, ie definitely not a rip-off). I was only in La Plata for one night but would happily have stayed longer.

Many independent theatres and the famous Teatro Argentino. A lot of cultural possibilities. The best to visit in La Plata during week end and reservation is the house designed by the architect Courbusier.

The city has a number of parks and interesting architecture. It also has a number of craft beer bars and restaurants, although many do not open until the evening. The Temple bar is an exception.
We looked for "Le Bosque" thinking it was near the main Cathedral, and while there is a park with some trees we now believe that it is quite a few streets away.

The city is well organized, with streets named with numbers (which makes it easier to walk around). There are several artesanal breweries with good quality. The city is very flat which makes it easier to go for a stroll or ride a bike. There are lot's os students around due to Universidad de La Plata. Supermarkets are not that great but are good enough for basic needs. There is a European atmosphere in this city and population. I enjoyed all my interactions with locals, that were polite and helpful.
I liked everything. The host is amazing, she contacted me, sent information about the city and its attractions, answered immediately all my questions. The apartment is very close to the University, if you go to La Plata for academic reasons, have no doubts. It has a desk, I was so happy that I didn´t have to work on a kitchen table. There are several food stores and cafés very close.
The hotel was very clean and had amazing location. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel had a parking garage with few parking spots but we were able to park the car and they helped with the parking. The hotel serves very nice and healthy breakfast.
The room was of an extremely high quality, the communal areas were very aesthetically pleasing, staff were helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring central La Plata. I'm unlikely to visit La Plata again, but if I did, I would stay here again
