A number of public buses run from just outside the airport and take around 40 minutes to reach the city centre. A quicker option is to hop in a taxi at the exit of Terminal A, but this will cost at least ARS 2440.
Several hotels can be found within 3 miles (5 kilometres) of the airport, but only a few offer an airport shuttle. If you find yourself with some free time, the terminal has a number of duty-free shops and restaurants.
“The staffs were nice and friendly. The hostel looked really modern and clean. It’s located in the area where many hip restaurants and bars are. I went to a restaurant which I was recommended in the area and I enjoyed its empanadas and drinks so much! It’s not so far from Jorge Newbery Airport(AEP) . Thank you!!!”
“This hotel won't stay in your heart but it is perfect for a stopover through AEP. We went from Iguazu to Ushuaia and stayed there for a night. They have wine and cold beer at their bar and the breakfast is decent.”
