Polite staff, kids friendly, amazing location.

The staff in reception were exceptional. Friendly, efficient and helpful. They welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm and their manner enhanced our experience. I highly recommend Palermo Bridge Hotel when you stay in Buenos Aires.

It was modern, with 24 hrs front desk. Food was surprisingly good.

A stunning property in a fantastic location, the staff were all so attentive, the room so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. A fantastic stay.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and the friendliness and helpfulness of the restaurant staff and front desk staff were amazing - a special word of thanks to the kitchen staff and Daniel at the front desk!

Near to restaurants that remain open till 01:00 (certainly on a Sunday morning), which suits late arrivals to AEP!

Very friendly staff! Room included a delicious breakfast, right next door at a wonderful cafe. Staff was very helpful in terms of attraction recommendations/ doubts. Very safe and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great- close to lots of restaurants and cafes but not noisy at night. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious. Staff very friendly and willing to help us when required. They arranged breakfast for us at 4.30am as we had an early flight to catch. Beautiful garden/courtyard area. Highly recommended.

A very good hotel for the price, in an excellent location in wonderful Buenos Aires—set in a safe area, close to restaurants, cafés, and metro stations, and within walking distance of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They even helped me quickly arrange transport to the airport when my ride-hailing app let me down. A lovely and delicious touch is the morning medialunas, which you can enjoy with a cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this place and the city—I hope to return someday :-)
