Staff, staff, staff! Oh, wow, this hotel is gorgeous and stylish, but it's the staff that really makes it special. They learned our names right away, and were so friendly, fun and helpful with everything we needed, including changing dollars, doing laundry, giving excellent recommendations, etc. A highlight was also the bike rental that was included with the price of the room. The bike lanes around Palermo are incredible and safe, and we rode all the way from the hotel to the MALBA, then back through the Rosedal in the park. Loved the breakfast here too, and the quiet, stylish and spacious room. There's also a pharmacy, laundromat, deli, bakery, supermarket and wine shop on the block, which is very handy if you're staying a few days.

  • We need a shuttle reservation from EZE to your hotel, Palo Santo on 1/12/23. We arrive at 8:56 am on American Airlines. We also need a shuttle from your hotel on 1/13/23 back to EZE arriving by 9 am for a 10:30 am flight. Please advise. Thank you, Lisa Benson
