corteous and efficient staff, clean room and excellent price

Located right in front of the river. Superior rooms are very spacious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had a tiny issue with the phone and in 10 minutes the maintenance guy was here to fix it. Otherwise everything went well. Check in was quick and easy, breakfast buffet was great and the gym was descent.

A vista do quarto é espetacular e a localizaçao excelente. Attentive receptionists and vallets are always ready to help us.

The pool is amazing. The environment is awesome. The breakfast is perfect. The restaurants inside are great. The tango show is the best of all Argentina.

A superb location to explore the heart of Buenos Aires. A boutique hotel which on its own is worthy of praise but when you add in the service received from each member of staff it becomes a location that is highly recommended

Charmful and very helpful staff.

To be honest you need to be aware that you are paying only for the location. The tall, thin guy on the reception was the most kind of them all, so I would like to exclude him from the rest of unpleasant experiance with receptionists.

When everything goes well, one enters another dimension. Relaxation, enjoyment, connection, everything is amplified. The view from our room was charming. The heated pool was wonderful.

The location of the hotel in Puerto Madero is simply spectacular; surrounded by beautiful waterscapes and vibrant nightlife

Really nicely renovated historic building in a very tourist-friendly part of Buenos Aires with lots of restaurants and walkable areas. Very responsive and friendly staff too.

We had a lovely stay in this historical hotel, beautifully decorated in a quiet part of the San Telmo neighbourhood. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. We greatly appreciated that both hot and cold water are available all day for refilling water bottles / making tea etc in the dining area.

It is an upmarket, splendid looking hotel in a central Buenos Aires location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view of the city. We also liked the roof top swimming pool. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was exceptionally good value for money.
