Location in pedestrian zone, cozy and nicely decorated rooms, diverse breakfast selection, friendly receptionists, tranquill backyard cemetery :) Broken street window with consequential saturday night street noise. |

Cozy room, comfortable bed, and friendly atmosphere. Handy location to all the sights in Salzburg. A bit pricey, but that is typical for Salzburg. Try to avoid getting a room looking over the Linzergasse, as there can be a lot of noise from the street late at night. |

Location is ideal to access to old towns, just across the river. Even considering it was high season, it costed a lot. Facility cannot be complained and clean enough but have to say that breakfast is not good enough in terms of varieties and space. It lacks shower curtain. |

We were delighted with this hotel. Apparently, the hotel was fully booked, so that we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. This was beautiful - four-poster bed, a huge bathroom, etc. The hotel is very well-located in the old town, within walking distance of most of Salzburg's major sites. The friendly receptionist went out of her way to help us with various queries. We would definitely return to this hotel if we make another trip to Salzburg. |

The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a decent size and well cleaned. Umbrellas were available for guests to use during the frequent rain showers. The breakfasts were below standard for the high price charged. The fruit juice was thin and watery and the fruit (both the peaches and fruit salad) was tined. The bread was not fresh. |

Excellent locaton in pedestrian center. Very nice breakfast. Accomodating front desk. Shower had no curtain ar walls. Just a tub with a shower handle that got all over the place. Accedental overcharge on checkout. Addressed only when I caught it. |

the most awful place during my 2 week's stay in Europe.one of the staff who treated us like no experience of speaking English. Room is unexpectedly big but awfully old. The curtain can't cover the window,made us all night feel unsafe,even more when showering! And we saw the most ridiculous small and thin quilts in bed! My husband even caught slightly cold! |

Cheerful friendly hotel. Great staff and location. Liked the old fashioned romantic HOTEL.Excellent breakfast. Outstanding coffee- nespresso machine. Wow!!would stay here again! The showerhead was faulty. Hot water took a long time to come thru under shower too. The room was too hot and the heating unit was not able to be adjusted.A Few cracked/broken tiles |

the size of our room was wonderful and we did not hear other guests when in our room. The location was also good. it was very noisy outside the hotel with people talking/shouting and the church bells ringing |

KérKözel van a belvároshoz és a hotel nagyon hangilatos e miattjük, írjon be legalább 15 szót! Nincs parkolási lehetőség valamint kicsit felháborító annak ellenére hogy 3 hónappal előtte már lefoglaltunk barátokkal 2 szobát mondvacsinált okra hivatkozva 1 4ágyas szobába tettek össze(vagy nincs szállásunk)Ez azért eléggé rontott a hotel megítélésén. |

Die Zentrale Lage, und daher das gesammte Stadtgebiet zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man konnte nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen - was für mich völlig ungewohnt ist da der Lärm strassenseitig eine enorme Belastung darstellt. (Vielleicht nur am Wochenende??) |

Die Lage ist Zentral.Für das umsteigen auf "Perpedes"bestens geeignet. Wenn schon ein "Himmelbett"angeboten wird, sollte auf gleich hohe Matratzen geachtet werden.Hotelempfehlung ja und nein. |

Hotel calme et dans la vieille ville d'ou son charme Pas besoin de voiture mais dépose des bagages facile et parking public à proximité Petits restaurants typiques et visite de la ville commode avec retour facile à l'hotel pour une pause!petit dejeuner delicieux et copieux ,personnel efficace et discret Une vitre cassée et double fenetre de ce fait pas tres efficace le samedi soir quand les autrichiens font la fete et parlent une partie de la nuit juste en dessous de votre chambre dans la rue |

la gentillesse de la préposée à la reception(le lendemain de notre arrivée et ensuite). la proximité de la vieille ville la grandeur de la chambre et confort surprenants après avoir vu la réception et l'ascenseur hall d'entrée très quelconque,ascenseur miteux et trop petit. salle du petit-déjeuner aurait besoin de redécoration.la rudesse du préposé à l'accueil à notre arrivée |
