Fijn hotel, mooie kamer ondanks 'tourist' klasse kamer, nog altijd prima , airco is een plus, luxe entree voor ons als tussenstop naar kroatie heerlijk om weer op weg te gaan met een afsluitend en zeer verzorgd ontbijt - heerlijk. |

de prijs en kwaliteitverhouding was goed, het hotel lag goed in het centrum van de stad inrichting van de kamer was relatief eenvoudig en niet sfeervol |

netjes. ongezellige lobby. met 100 x hetzelfde muziekje wat langs kwam. alleen de 2p strandstoel was leuk. vriendelijk dame bij de desk. |

I like the atmosphere, the nice evening drink at lobby and the very nice breakfest with exellent staff I think that hotel must change the TV program and radio. You have many guest from ex Yu buth you dont have radio or TV program on that language. Slovenian language is not calculated. |

I had previous used the hotel whilst on a business trip and decided to use it as our base to enjoy a one week holiday. It's an efficiently run hotel with welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent location and clean,comfortable and roomy accomodation. Breakfast can be hectic at peak times and food stocks are not always replenished as quickly as one would want (missed out on the bacon a couple of times). |

Pleasant and nicely situated hotel. 1) Surprisingly minibar cost was added to my invoice twice, in spite that I did not use minibar at all (and informed about it by checking out). I wonder now if somebody might used this room when I was not there. 2) in spite that it is 4 star hotel, the bathroom was "empty"- only liquid soap was provided (nothing more) |

Good breakfast, very near to city centre, parking facility at hotel, free internet. Casual room had no airco. Breakfast (€12.50/p.) was not in price included (was mentioned, but not very explicitly at booking time). Car parking relative expensive for hotel (€10.50/day). |

The hotel looks exellent, very modern, very good position -city center, near a small river. Very clean and large room -even if it was the standardroom! I believe it's thhe best you can get at this price!I recommend it 100%! |

Location, close to the center and transport, very kind and useful staff had feeling of missing something in the room, too big empty space, not provided any facilities in the bathroom ( shampoo, bath cream etc) |

The location is good and it is a big hotel - though booking.com entries are routed to an older section in a separate building.... Though being a Star alliance member- they are supposed to credit miles on jet Airways - they refused as the booking was done through booking.com. |

We liked the superb design, the cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, and the excellent location in a fascinating city. The sound-proofing was great-- you couldn't hear anything outside of the windows. Also, we really appreciated the beautiful architecture and design that surrounded us. P.S.: The beds were very warm and comfy-- I slept around twelve hours! |
